Schedule an AC Maintenance Before the Season Begins

The best time to have an expert examine your air conditioner is before you need it. With regular preventative maintenance, your AC will operate more efficiently. When an air conditioner runs smoothly, it doesn't have to work as hard. That keeps your home cooler and keeps your utility bills lower.

• Check and clean condenser coil and evaporator coil in place
• Check and adjust blower components
• Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge
• Test safety controls where applicable
• Check all electrical connections
• Check voltage and amperage on motors
• Check and clean condensate drain line
• Clean and flush drain pan
• Change or clean air filters
• Check main contactor points
• Wipe down air handler cabinet
• Check thermostat
• Check return entering and supply leaving temperature
• Check starting capabilities
• Check for rust and corrosion
